Our Story
I love scratch cooking and trying out new dishes. I often run into the problem of having more things I want to make than I can eat. One night I was wondering if I was going to master a dish, what should it be. I knew it had to be something I loved, and I would prefer it to be something many other people loved. Something versatile, but technical enough to be explored thoroughly. I thought about various desserts, curries, burgers, BBQ, but before long I thought of pizza. It is able to fit multiple diets and palates. And so I decided I would master pizza. I started making pizza every week and took it upon myself to visit every pizza place in town. And when I started thinking about opening a food truck, what it should sell was an easy question to answer.
I started my search for a vehicle in the used market. After seeing a lot of trucks that needed a lot of work and were still fairly expensive, I decided to buy a new one. I found a dealership and got it purchased. When it was ready I flew out to Kansas City and drove it back to Oregon. It then had a kitchen installed and now here we are.
